Fatemeh Ghorbannia Delavar, Newsha for her friends and colleagues, studied chemistry at Isfahan University of Technology, from which she obtained her B. Sc. She then moved to FAU for her M. Sc. in chemistry. She worked towards her Master’s thesis externally at EPFL, where she developed porous CO2 adsorbent materials with Prof. Wendy Queen.
She now works with our ChemPrint team on antimony chalcogenide thin films and investigates how the deposition methods affect their semiconductor properties and their performance in photovoltaics.
