„Go East – Scholarships for Student Exchange at the SUSTech in Shenzhen“
As of October 2017, the Department of Chemistry and Pharmacy offers several DAAD-sponsored, full scholarships (lump sum for flight, residence, and health insurance) preferentially given to Master’s students of Chemistry and Molecular Science within the ISAP student exchange at the Southern University of Science and Technology in Shenzhen.
Why study at the Southern University of Science and Technology?
SUSTech is a young and rapidly developing public university founded in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone of Southern China. The university was founded in 2011, and is considered a pioneer of higher-education reform in China. SUSTech has a very good research infrastructure and promotes participation in (industry-related) research projects. The campus sits on a scenic stretch of land with winding creeks and wooded hills in the Nanshan (Southern Mountain) district of Shenzhen. Smaller projects are implemented within the larger framework of the exchange program.
