Registration form for examinations

Please note: Registration is binding to get an examination date (registration deadline is November 27^th!). Please read the directions carefully and give all required details. Please keep in mind that the module has to be finished before the exam (if it is not possible due to the situation caused by Corona, you cannot sit the exam).
