Research topic of Doctoral Thesis:

Development of radical and non-radical arylationreactions with application in medicinal chemistry

“My research focuses on the development of novel methods for radical and non-radical arylation of aromatic systems. Here, I investigate not only the different mechanisms leading to the formation of arylradicals generated from different starting materials but also the influence of the radical-acceptor. Additionally, I focus on the synthesis of novel muscarine M3-receptor antagonists based on the 2-aminobiphenyl structure.”
