Giovanni M. Beneventi received his MSc (2021) in “Photochemistry and Molecular Materials” from the University of Bologna, cum laude honors. His MSc thesis project was conducted in the group of prof. Alberto Credi, focusing on photo-responsive molecular machines. In the 2021, he joined the group of Prof. Dirk M. Guldi as a PhD student. His scientific interests primarily focus on photo-physical, electrochemical and supramolecular characterization of molecular nanographenes for energy applications.
