MSCA Staff Exchanges enable researchers to gain new skills, share knowledge, and build strong international collaborations.

As part of SUSNAMU, Franziska Wasner is currently undertaking a one-month secondment at CIC biomaGUNE, gaining hands-on experience in key characterisation techniques. Her training focuses among other techniques on advanced electron microscopy techniques for surface and colloidal analysis—essential tools for high-quality material analysis. This experience is enhancing her ability to systematically characterize nanoparticles before integrating materials into nanofibers. It is also strengthening her experimental independence and confidence.

At the same time, the secondment reinforces collaboration between FAU and CIC biomaGUNE and supports the broader goals of our MSCA project, demonstrating the value of mobility in research.
