European cooperation in food chemistry

Monika Pischetsrieder appointed as GDCh delegate to the EuChemS Division of Food Chemistry.

EuChemS, the European Chemical Society, represents all national chemical societies at the European level. The Food Chemistry Division supports exchange and cooperation between food chemists throughout Europe, promotes interdisciplinary dialogue, and encourages harmonization in education. Prof. Dr. Monika Pischetsrieder, Chair of Food Chemistry at FAU, will represent the GDCh on this committee starting in January 2026.
