We are happy to welcome our new group member Benita.

Benita Stein von Kamienski completed her Master of Science in Chemistry at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen–Nürnberg in 2025. In her Master’s thesis, conducted in the research group of Prof. Mandel, she focused on the design of iron oxide-based supraparticles for hydrogen detection using magnetic particle spectroscopy. She is now expanding this work in her PhD project to develop methods for detecting a broader range of gases and chemical vapours.
