Elena, René, and Anna-Sophie at the GRC Photochemistry in Lewiston

Our PhD students Elena Mack, René Weiß, and Anna-Sophie Wollny recently attended the Photochemistry Gordon Research Conference (GRC) at the Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, USA.

The Photochemistry GRC is a renowned international meeting dedicated to pushing the boundaries of science by showcasing cutting-edge and unpublished research. Leading scientists from around the world gather to share the latest advancements and engage in in-depth discussions that shape the future of the field.

Among the highlights, Prof. Guldi delivered a remarkable lecture on “Adaptive Optimization and Control of Photons and Charges”. Our PhD students contributed to the program by presenting posters on their current research projects, which provided an excellent platform to connect with researchers at all career stages. Beyond the formal sessions, the conference’s collaborative atmosphere and informal activities offered valuable opportunities to network with leading experts in photochemistry.
